Well holy Jesuz! It is Madonna. A cap over her hood? Madonna...what has become of your style? Doesn't look like she thought much about it. The New York Arctic air has frozen fashion sense.
Hillary Duff looks like an old friend of mine. It's really amazing how they look so much alike.
Here, she smile pretty for the cameras while shopping on Bond street in London. She is there promoting her new album called Dignity, which is due to be released April 3rd, here in the states.
